Our great friends Suchita and Bobby often spoil us with delicious Indian meals and, one day, we were lucky to get an Indian dessert tutorial! Its these warm spices that have inspired us to make this cookie. Cardamom and saffron perfume our favorite oatmeal cookie, while dates and almonds provide additional mild sweetness and perfect crunch.
